Description
The administration's ordinance would annex about 4.1 acres of seven parcels into the city, rezone them from New Castle County Heavy Industrial to Wilmington M-1 Light Manufacturing, and shift them into the Fourth Councilmanic District. It got first and second readings and now goes to committee.
